14-day refund policy

If the Kit isn’t useful to you, email support@ugcbusinesskit.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you. Please include your order number or the email used at checkout.

How it works

• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Processing time can depend on your bank or payment provider, typically a few business days.
• After a refund, your licence to use the Kit ends and you agree to delete your copies.
